Charlotte.exe is an outcast program who lives in the fringes of cyberspace. She was coded by a parent program who had a fascination with spiders and found a story called "Charlotte's Web" in a file cabinet. The parent program created Charlotte.exe to be a mentor, but unfortunately, its lifespan ended before the project was completed and Charlotte.exe was discarded. Motivated by her desire for freedom, Charlotte scraps pieces of code to create a new experimental network.
